Kay’s Crockpot Meatballs

Back at it with another crockpot meal! I threw this together and it came out pretty good! Plus I threw in some fresh veggies from the stand. We hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 lb Kay’s FarmStand Ground Beef

1 egg from Kay’s FarmStand

1/4 cup Bread Crumbs

1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder

1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

1/2 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning

1/2 cup of Chopped Kay’s FarmStand Yellow Onion

1 cup Chopped Kay’s FarmStand Tomatoes

1 jar of Kay’s FarmStand Sauce

1/2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic

1 bag of cooked Bozza Pasta from Kay’s FarmStand

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning.

  2. Roll beef mixture together in 1 inch balls. Place in crockpot.

  3. Pour in tomato sauce, put in tomatoes, garlic mince, and onions over meatballs.

  4. Turn crockpot on high for 2 1/2 hours

  5. Once meatballs are cooked, serve over cooked Bozza Pasta of your choice! Sprinkle some cheese on top if you wish!

  6. Enjoy!
