Kay’s Cheesy Stuffed Snacking Peppers

This is a great after school snack or great appetizer for your Labor Day party! Jake and I enjoy making these before dinner as a snack. I have to give credit where credit it due, my sister shared this recipe with me, I just changed a few things. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:

10 Snacking Peppers or Jalapeno Peppers from Kay’s FarmStand

3/4 cup of Cream Cheese

1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

1 Tablespoon Onion Powder

2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

1/4- 1/2 cup of shredded SV Creamery Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Cut Snacking Peppers or Jalapeno Peppers in half the long way

  3. In small bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and parmesan cheese together.

  4. On a cookie sheet with aluminum paper, place sliced peppers on top and stuff with cream cheese mixture

  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of peppers

  6. Place in oven and bake for 15- 20 minutes

  7. After let cool and Enjoy!
