Kay’s Homemade Crockpot Chili

Growing up I loved my mom’s homemade chili! It is finally getting to those fall days where we all need a good crockpot meal to end those busy days with on the farm. I made up this meal the other night for dinner and it came out sooo good! I hope you enjoy it to!

Ingredients:

4-6 large Kay’s FarmStand Tomatoes Diced

1 can of Chili Beans or 1 cup of Cooked Callan Black Beans from Kay’s FarmStand

1 lb of cooked Kay’s FarmStand Ground Beef

1 Kay’s FarmStand Diced Bell Pepper

2 Tablespoons for Chili Powder

½ cup of Kay’s FarmStand Yellow Onion

 

Directions:

1.      Put ground beef in crockpot and put chili season on top and stir together

2.      Put in onion, peppers, and tomatoes in crockpot and stir together

3.      Set crockpot to High for 2 hours

4.      After 2 hours, stir together and turn crockpot to low to cook for 2-4 hours more.

5.      After cooking, let chili cool and place your favorite chili toppings on top!

6.      Enjoy!!
